Put His Experience And Understanding To Work For You
Asbestos-mesothelioma lawyer Tom Lamb has been handling asbestos and mesothelioma lawsuits as well as asbestos workers’ compensation claims involving mesothelioma, asbestos lung cancer, and asbestosis for more than 25 years.
Mr. Lamb draws upon many years of experience representing workers who have been diagnosed with mesothelioma, asbestos lung cancer, or asbestosis in their personal injury asbestos lawsuits, as well as the surviving family of workers who died as a result of those asbestos-related diseases in wrongful death lawsuits.
From this experience, Mr. Lamb understands that legal cases for asbestos cancers and asbestos diseases deserve special attention — both as regards the circumstances of the people involved as well as the necessary careful investigation into the asbestos exposures that occurred many years ago.
Mr. Lamb did his undergraduate work at the College of William & Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he was on the NCAA men’s basketball team.
After that, Mr. Lamb went on to the George Washington University Law School, in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Lamb was first licensed to practice law in California (1988). Later, he was admitted to practice in the District of Columbia (1990) and in North Carolina (1992).
